All of our lampshades are custom, handmade to order using the specific choices you make at checkout, as such we can only offer a return or refund if these arrive damaged or faulty. Please contact us immediately should this be the case.
We are very happy to provide fabric samples free of charge to check the suitability of the fabric choice in your own home, as image colours can vary and be interpreted differently from screen to screen.
We can accept returns/exchanges on our glass lamps should they not be suitable- please contact us within 7 days of purchase to arrange a return. The lamps must be retuned to us in the original packaging and we would advise that you take out the appropriate postal insurance to cover the cost of the item should it be lost or damaged. We can only offer refunds on items returned to us in a saleable condition. We do not refund any postage costs already incurred.
